Always love reading your stories. I have a fascination with the interviewing process, and I attended a special class on such before needing a new job after decades of not interviewing. The class was filled with complete novices, and I thoroughly loved the way they were taught to take their everyday experiences and translate them into working skills. Like women who felt humbled by "simply" having been a housewife. After the instructors were done with them, they realized they had all the necessary skills: financial management, worker organization, scheduling, employee assessment, and scads of others. The look of confidence that sparkled in their eyes after hearing that was almost a miracle to behold.
