Distress Call To Medium Techno Geeks
I can no longer fully access Medium on my TV
Backstory
For two years, I’ve been able to access, view, and manage my Medium account and stories on my Samsung SmartTV.
Two months ago, that changed.
I can still log in to my account, but everything shows for only 5 seconds, then disappears completely.
What it’s not, I think
Medium insists it’s nothing on their end causing this.
It’s not my Google Chrome browser. I’ve addressed all the setting issues and cleared the cache several times. Again, I’m able to log in for brief moments.
It’s not my Frontier Communications Wireless Service. I have no trouble logging in from my computer.
Why I need to fix this
My brother is bedridden from strokes and has vision problems.
He loves for me to read my stories while he can see their images on our large-screen TV.
I can’t share these posts with him without TV access to Medium.
