I do feel the same, and quite a bit for the same reasons. But I have suffered too much of a lifetime of being pissed. I practice breathing (why I highlighted your words) and try very hard to understand what my reactions say about me rather than what I perceive to be their source. With more or less success. I empathize with your feelings. I do. But at my age, when I get triggered, my one commitment to myself is not to respond. And I try to stay mindful of how my little foibles trigger others. I don't stop using them, but it helps keep me a bit more humble than I might be feeling. Like sometimes, I go on way too long. And I really want to put a frowny emoji here, but with respect, I won't.
