I really liked this article. Coming to Medium in a whole new way has really opened my eyes to the things you happen to be discussing. What a too cursory reading might be seeming to suggest, and from reading your other articles, I KNOW you don't mean, is that we do these things purely as strategy. What you really say, and one who reads you over time comes to see, is that all of this only works if it is sincere and honest engagement. However, once you realize that, all those other elements of engagement prove to be both necessary and true. Sorry, I am not handling this well in this comment, just kind of letting it run out of my mouth. But I am beginning to understand more of the nuances in your treatments.
