So, you triggered me in about a dozen ways. I already told you I'm the OCD one in your story. The worst thing I ever did as a manager: my messy employee went away on vacation, and I did him a HUGE favor while he was gone. I totally cleaned and organized his cubicle. When he returned, he sat down and cried. Not out of gratitude, as one would think. Took him all day to get all his piles and messes back in place. He sighed in great relief, and I learned a huge lesson in return. Don't mess with others' messes. Stupid me.
