This is a challenge that seems to present itself sooner or later to all Creatives. And they seem to handle it in their own way. Some engage others to handle any concerns accessory to the art or craft itself, which of course, can be excessively costly. Or they learn to do those things, which automatically requires more and more time away from "creating." I went through that, and it is still a consideration. No final answers, but I've found myself prioritizing. The creative part comes first. The marketing and audience building come next. And now, after self-publishing 4 books, I am returning to "GO" and learning how to acquire an agent and mainstream publisher for something it took 8 years to create. All of this is simply commiseration with your challenges, and encouragement for your efforts.
