Point in fact, the only people we found distasteful on our world journey were the expats. Almost all were either dismissive and demeaning toward the locals (not to mention the indigenous) or they were actively working to change the local culture to match the one they came from. Why in hell did they not just stay home? Like I said, a very interesting story.
